Privacy policy
Last updated October 28, 2026. This policy explains what information we collect when you use localconcretedriveway.com and how we use and share it.
Information we collect
When you request quotes, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of project, your timeline, approximate size and any notes you add. When a contractor applies to join the network, we collect the business name, contact details, service counties and job types.
We also record basic technical details with each submission, such as the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign tags in the link you followed, the time of the request and your general location as reported by our hosting provider. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
How we use and share it
LocalConcreteDriveway is a matching service. We share your project request and contact details with independent local concrete contractors who serve your area and do the type of work you described, so they can contact you and provide quotes. We limit this to contractors relevant to your project.
We may also use your information to follow up on your request, to improve the service, to prevent spam and fraud, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with unrelated marketers.
Calls, texts and emails
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the contractors matched to your project may contact you by phone, text message or email about that project, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Contractors are independent
Once a contractor receives your request, their use of your information is governed by their own practices. They are independent businesses, not our agents. If you no longer want to hear from a specific contractor, tell them directly, and let us know so we stop sending your request to others.
Retention and your choices
We keep request records as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us at hello@localconcretedriveway.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy. Your browser may store small preferences, and our hosting provider may set cookies needed for security.
Children
This site is intended for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: hello@localconcretedriveway.com.
